Question 1

What is body-oriented coaching?

Accepted Answer

Body-oriented coaching is a form of somatic coaching that brings awareness of the body into the coaching conversation. Traditional coaching focuses on the thinking mind. Body-oriented coaching also works with sensation, movement, posture and nervous-system regulation, so clients can use what their body is telling them to gain insight and make lasting change.
